Hi! I’m Veer Guda, and I’ve been interning at Assemblywoman Sadaf Jaffer’s office. In my short time there, it has been an extremely foreign, yet fulfilling experience. As an intern, I’ve gotten the chance to do a variety of work, revolving around constituents as well as event planning. At the assemblywoman’s office, I’ve spent quite a lot of time recording information so as to ensure that we have extensive lists of contacts that we can use to aid in the Assemblywoman’s efforts. I’ve also been able to interact with constituents, through email and in person, and learn more about their issues & wants for their community. Overall, it’s been an extremely rewarding experience so far, and I’m excited to keep learning & engaging in my internship!
